Father’s Day Adventure Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. Competition Period
The competition opens when the official competition post is published on The Square Mirrabooka’s Facebook and Instagram pages and closes at 9:00am (AWST) on Friday, 4 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
2. How to Enter
To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:
Follow The Square Mirrabooka on Facebook and Instagram;
Like the official Father’s Day Adventure Competition post; and
Tag three friends in the comments of the competition post.
Entrants must complete all entry requirements to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of The Square Mirrabooka, participating retailers, contractors, agencies, prize suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility at any time.
4. Prize
One eligible entrant will win a Father’s Day prize package valued at $2,000, comprising:
A $1,000 Flight Centre travel voucher; and
An Antler 3-piece luggage set from Strand.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Flight Centre travel voucher is subject to Flight Centre’s applicable terms and conditions.
The Antler 3-piece luggage set is subject to availability. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place at The Square Mirrabooka, Western Australia, following the competition closing date.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable law.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the Facebook or Instagram account used to enter the competition.
The winner may also be announced on The Square Mirrabooka’s social media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.
7. Prize Collection
The prize must be collected from The Square Mirrabooka unless otherwise agreed with the winner.
The Promoter will provide the winner with details regarding prize collection at the time of notification.
8. Entry Requirements
Entries must be genuine and submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Does not meet the eligibility requirements;
Fails to complete all required entry steps;
Provides false or misleading information;
Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the competition; or
Engages in conduct that the Promoter considers inappropriate or contrary to the spirit of the competition.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising in connection with the competition, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy
By entering the competition, entrants consent to The Square Mirrabooka collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and arranging the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and The Square Mirrabooka’s privacy policy.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or extend the competition where reasonably necessary and where permitted by law.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or unable to be processed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
